class="ui-droppable">Many believe that the Pittsburgh Penguins are just a head coach away from Stanley Cup glory. The organization is hopeful that it has found its man in the form of Mike Johnston.

According to TSN's Darren Dreger, the Pens have agreed to a three-year contract with the longtime Portland Winterhawks coach to replace the departed Dan Bylsma:
